Medo – Usage Conditions

A. Read This Before Uploading Any Photo

Medo is an image-based expression generation tool created by Medo Team.
The app allows users to transform uploaded portrait photos into stylized expression images by selecting visual themes.

Using Medo is optional.
The moment you upload a photo, request a generation, or view generated results, you are choosing to operate within the boundaries described in this document.

If these boundaries are not acceptable to you, do not continue using Medo.

B. What Kind of App Medo Is — and Is Not

Medo is designed for creative visual transformation, not factual representation.

The app generates synthetic expression images, which may exaggerate, stylize, or alter facial appearance according to selected themes.
Generated results do not represent real emotions, verified identities, or authentic facial states.

Medo is not intended for documentation, verification, or realistic portrayal of individuals.

C. How a Generation Is Triggered

Medo does nothing on its own.

An image is processed only when a user actively uploads a photo and selects an expression style.
There is no background scanning, no automatic image intake, and no passive content creation.

Each generation request is treated as a standalone action.

D. About the Photos You Choose to Upload

You decide which images enter Medo.

By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

· you have permission to use the image

· the person shown has not objected to such use

· the image does not violate portrait, privacy, or ownership rights

Medo does not confirm identity, consent, or legal clearance on your behalf.

E. Creative Output Has Limits

Generated expression images are interpretive by design.

Results may vary depending on lighting, facial angle, image resolution, and selected style.
Inconsistent or unexpected outcomes are a normal part of automated image transformation.

Medo does not guarantee visual accuracy, realism, or emotional correctness.

F. Things You Must Not Use Medo For

Medo is not to be used as a tool for harm or deception.

Users must not use Medo to:

· impersonate real individuals

· mislead others about the authenticity of images

· create content intended to shame, threaten, or harass

· produce deceptive materials for fraud or manipulation

· interfere with the app’s technical operation

Any misuse remains the sole responsibility of the user.

G. Ownership Does Not Change

Using Medo does not transfer ownership of content.

You retain rights to:

· the original photo you upload

· the expression images generated from it

Medo does not reuse, publish, or distribute user images outside the generation process you initiate.

H. Who Medo Is Built For

Medo is intended for users aged 17 and above.

By continuing to use the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and understand that Medo produces AI-generated visuals, not real representations.

I. When Medo Changes

Medo may evolve.

Styles may be adjusted, new visual themes introduced, or existing features modified or removed.
Temporary interruptions may occur during technical updates.

Such changes do not create an obligation to maintain prior versions or outputs.

J. When These Conditions Are Revised

This document may be updated as Medo develops.

The version available inside the app represents the rules currently governing use.
Continuing to generate images after updates means you accept the revised conditions.
